Absorbent Underpads for the Messier Side of Veterinary Patient Care

Basic Absorbent Underpads create a disposable, moisture-absorbing layer beneath animal simulators during veterinary nursing and patient-care training. Use them to protect kennel surfaces, recovery areas, exam tables, and bedding during scenarios involving simulated urine, wound drainage, fluid leakage, hygiene care, or urinary catheter management. Underpads are especially useful for teaching the less glamorous but essential parts of hospitalized and recovering patient care. Students can practice changing soiled bedding, maintaining a clean patient environment, managing simulated fluids, and resetting recovery spaces between scenarios. Once the exercise is complete, the used pad can simply be removed and discarded.
