Fine-Detail Ultrasound for Near-Surface Structures
The High-Frequency Linear Ultrasound Probe for AX2 & AX3 – 7–15 MHz is built for veterinary examinations that require strong near-field detail. Its high-frequency range is well suited to superficial soft tissue, vascular structures, small parts, and other anatomy located close to the skin.
In a veterinary ultrasound lab, the probe gives students an opportunity to work with a higher-frequency transducer and understand how frequency selection affects image detail and penetration. Hands-on scanning can include probe positioning, tissue identification, image adjustment, and comparison of superficial structures.
Compatible with the AX2 and AX3 ultrasound systems, it adds a dedicated high-frequency option for programs teaching practical veterinary sonography skills.
